The property (GEFIM S.p.A.) intends to promote a recovery process through a negotiated sale with qualified private entities. The objective is to identify operational partners capable of developing a transformation project with a defined functional mix and positive impacts on the urban context. The functional program provides for a prevailing residential destination and a portion allocated to services and complementary functions, including collective activities, neighborhood services, and residential support spaces. The area benefits from a strategic position: it is located a few minutes from the Lingotto railway station and is connected via a cycle-pedestrian bridge to the Lingotto shopping and congress center and the relative metro station.
