The intervention aims to preserve existing structures to the greatest extent possible, corresponding to the current property of Immobili e Partecipazioni, totals 49,840 sqm. The project is addressed to institutional investors and real estate operators, with a particular focus on those interested in mixed-use ecosystems and facilities such as polyclinics and assisted living facilities (RSA).
